The 13 Cookie Tote was packed in it's side in a regular paper bag. This was not the drivers fault. The very warm cookies were at one end of plastic serving tray in a melted lump. The cookies still tasted great, but sharing was more difficult.

Cook your hashbrowns!!!!!! I don't whats chaged here but you hardly cook them anymore and they endup being grease patties.
