The food must had sat for some time. My fries were not fresh, my nuggets were not fresh and my burgers were not hot. I'm very disappointed.

Hot 'N Spicy McChicken® was cold/undercooked in the middle and Squishy. Ice was in the Dr Pepper® when I specifically said NO ICE.

the food is cold. it wasn't the dasher's fault. It seems as if the food was already cold before it left the store. Normally when I order from here ..the food is fresh. however the dasher followed instructions. I just don't like to pay for food that isn't fresh ..the order was correct but the fries and burgers from both orders are cold
