I've eaten alot of mcdonalds and eat at this one qui often but this was the worst time ....ive never had a mcdonalds burger be so dry especially a Double Bacon Quarter Pounder® with Cheese and 20 Piece McNuggets arnt usually soggy I don't know what went wrong but this was pretty bad

Mcdonald's did not do well on this order of mine. My fries and nuggets were cold, both of my cheeseburgers had an excessive amount of ketchup and the bread seemed doughy and chewy and made me lose my appetite. I was very disappointed with my order today. I'm not one to complain and i understand mobile or doordash orders may take some time but i don't know how long my fries were sitting there to be that cold.

The hash browns were totally burnt and dripping with grease (and not just a little!). The eggs had a weird taste and it was just all around not good at all.

sent chocolate shake instead of our vanilla shake(my son does not like chocolate or onions), no sauces and onions in burger. Apparently, the delivery driver didn't check our order. When I called McDonald's, they hung up on me and will not answer.
