food was cold. fries look and taste old. Usually when I get my order, food is hot and fries are always good and hot. I ordered hot Honey Mustard and got bbq and ranch. The employees need to pay attention to what they are doing and throw away old fries.

This is the second time that I've ordered a Quarter Pounder® with Cheese Deluxe with an extra slice meat and cheese only to have them forget to include it. it's not like it's a few cents to add it either. DD doesn't let me change the location so I'm stuck with this one.
