Everything was hot, fresh, and just as ordered. Arrived super quick, and even soda was crisp! 10/10 on the Mc Donald's chart for sure!!

Our food is old, my burger was thrown together. Nuggets we couldn't bite into without it feeling like rubber. No mcflurry after payment. Our chicken sandwich had NO chicken. We had no straws for our drinks either.

Fries are always old and cold and when we request fresh fries they just drop them in the fryer to make them hot and you can tell. Fish always old. I suggest driving a few extra minutes to the one in Fort Edward, MUCH better.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Dix avenue McDonald's is horrendous, every single time. South Glens falls always gives hot and fresh food and never forgets an item. Big difference in management I'm assuming but I don't know. Not even kidding, 10/10 times I order from this location, they forget multiple items or just give me the worst quality of everything that they can. I get working at McDonald's is depressing and it's so hard to clean the ice machine and fryers, and it's so difficult and taxing to have multiple people asking you to make them a 2 minute cheeseburger but do your damn job and show some sortof initiative and maybe just maybe you'll make it out of there someday. I ordered chicken nuggets fries a drink and apple pie. How difficult is that? Nuggets show up cold and rubbery, fries hard as a rock and cold as ice, Dr Pepper flat, half full and with no ice. I could have used my nuggets to chill my drink so maybe that's the silver lining in all this. As far as my apple pies? They probably were cold too, but I cant be too sure because YOU DIDNT SEND ME THEM! Your entire staff should be fired except for the sweetheart at the drive thru, you know who you are. BOOYAKA BOOYAKA, I'm out

once again I ordered an this time it didn't have my fries or my big Mac in it.. the store will not give me a credit or give them to me. I'm done ordering from this McDonald's. bigmac an fries aren't cheap so for them to do this is just wrong..
