Tonight, you proved to me that you can still deliver fresh, crispy, hot French Fries! Lately they've shown up cold, rubbery and not very good. Fresh, hot crispy French Fries yestrday around 2pm. Whoever was working that shift, you're doing it right! Even in winter when it's freezing out, hot fries can be delivered (so stop sending me bad fries! lol). Keep up the good work!

always something missing. this time it was a whole bunch.
the sauces, a patty from a Green Chile Double Cheese, the lettuce +tomato and condiments from the Quarter Pounder® with Cheese Deluxe .
We should've just bought the basics instead of paying extra for extra goodies.

the fries were extremely salty and cold. burger was bland and had burnt chunks all over it. also no straw for my drink. the food and order accuracy has been very inconsistent lately.
