If youre going to charge for extra sauce on a Big Mac®, it should be on it. My Double Cheeseburger was also made incorrectly, instead of extra pickle there was none. The top cookie in the 13 Cookie Tote looked like it had a bite taken out of it. The French Fries were half cold and soggy, and the other half were so hard that they were inedible. I literally threw away that $5. Super unimpressed with this order. The delivery was the only good thing about it.

It was good. The only thing that I would change is the fact that they didn't ask what was a preference for a substitution. They just put something in, and it turned out to be something I don't like so I didn't et it. If something cannot be filled in the order, the store should reach out to determine the best substitute or to get you a refund for the product if no substitute is available.

We placed a large order with a double quarter pounder with cheese meal and a double quarter pounder with cheese on it's own but this was missing so then had to do another order for a Big Mac and chicken nuggets. This is the second time the mcds delivery is wrong. I spend over 100 dollars!!

They tasted great, and were still cold, but they are smaller than they used to be. No spoons included and I would appreciate more flavor choices..
