I paid extra for cheese no cheese was added or tomtos chicken was smaller than usual and it was hard to bite on due to a chunk of nerve.

I got one of the hotcake platters and they put it in the bag VERTICALLY. They also messed up the order. I replaced an item on the platter and they gave me the item I did not want and then forgot the replacement. Orange juice tasted vaguely like orange-ish flavored water.

My food showed up nice and hot and everything was there(gotten deliveries in the past that had multiple missing items!) including napkins, straw, ketchup, and dip!! Our Dasher Richard was super on point and quick too! 5 stars all around!!
