The Sausage & Egg McMuffin® was hot and delicious. The Iced Caramel Coffee was refreshing and calmed my craving. McDonald's does an excellent job packaging. Everything is sealed, and the extras are included, which is rare these days.

left off the tomatoes, pickles were thrown in the box on top of the sandwich, filet was dry, lettuce was soggy. overall just poor quality and there werent even napkins in the bag. 6$ is wild for that quality

There was so much whipped cream instead of actual milkshake but it wasnt to watery but I do live close so I can speak to highly on that part. They packaged it well but again less milkshake compared to whipped cream

Everything I have ordered my happy meals from here, they have ALWAYS forgotten the fries. I ended up having to pay extra for another fry because I knew they were going to forget the fries. And guess what they forgot? lol
