food was over cooked and burned and put cheese in the mcmuffin when it was ordered without cheese and the hash browns were awful there was no potato in them it was just crust

Cookies were all smashed into one big blob bottom of carton. There wasnt one single solid piece of a cookie to pull out, and that is out of 13 cookies!!!
