I asked for extra shredded cheese on my Ranch Snack Wrap® and only had a few pieces in the whole wrap and I ordered extra Mac sauce for the big Big Mac® and it was beyond extra. It was drowning in mac sauce. Very disappointed.

Didnt receive sauce thatwas ordered, my double cheeseburger was covered in ketchup and I mean the entire bun top had ketchup covering it. My Big Mac had brown lettuce and my fries were old tasting. Not a good experience

Ordered from them twice in a row and each time they forgot a hash brown. It's otherwise delivered pretty quick and hot, but not always the most accurate.
