Order was incorrect, the dasher was nice enough to go back but they (Mcdonald's)refused to acknowledge they made a mistake and refused to make it right. When I spoke with the "manager" on the phone they refused to giveme their name, and rather than responding to my complaint walked away from the phone. Completely unprofessional. The dasher actually offered to pay for the meal that Mcdonalds missed which was very thoughtful but not his responsibility.

I asked for extra tartar sauce and extra salt on the fries. The tartar was oozing from all sides of the bun. I had to take a large part of it off to eat it. The salt on the fries was so bad, I couldn't eat them. Think twice when you check Extra.

Quater pounder was supposed to be no onions and with oic and got no pic and a bunch of onions! Hot n spicy mcchicken was supposed to be no kett add cheese and got lettuce and no cheese. Very disappointed. Happens almost always when we order from here.

The food was cold. The sausage biscuit had cheese which it was not supposed too. I ordered two hotcakes plates that come with three pancakes each. So I should have received a total of six. I only received two pancakes. Not even one full order.
