I ordered pancakes and was not sent any butter and no syrup. This has happened before but it seems to happen every time I order pancakes.
The Hash Brown Potatoes were both Overcooked-Brown and Hard.
These were the reasons for the low rating.

Never sent the 10 piece McNuggets! It was considered a promo part of the meal. I never received them. I still game a five star review because I normally receive great service at this location.

They never sent me my Sundae. This is becoming a constant issue with the rushing at the restaurants and dashers rushing to go to the next job. It's sad because people pay for their products.
