fries were soggy and not even filled half way. staff thought it was funny to over load quarter pounder with extra toppings, which I requested. I did not request 12 pickles and so much much ketchup that it was sliding off my burger.

I paid for extra cheese on my burger and I'm pretty sure I got extra BBQ instead. It just wasn't good. Everybody else's food was great. I just wasn't impressed with the BBQ Bacon QPC: The Angel Reese Special Double better luck next time

It is really a hit or a miss. I have had great food with perfect fries and then on the other hand I have had over salted and over cooked fries. Also have had missing items that I ordered that never made it to me. For what you pay you should expect fresh food.
