My fries were not fully filled, arrived cold and soggy, chicken nuggets were cold n hard, cheeseburgers were decent but the buns were stale. They did do good on the amount of sauce added

I normally don't have any problems with this McDonald's, but u did this time. I clearly ordered a triple cheeseburger, instead I got a regular cheeseburger. When I asked for a refund, they said it doesn't meet the requirements for a refund.
