This was the worst food I have received from McDonald's. I have always had a good experience before when ordering in person but I guess if you are not in the store/drive through, they do not care how they make your order. The bun of my Big Mac was super hard, like old, so was the cheese. One of the meat patty's they used was junior size. Barely any lettuce and 5lbs of th sauce. Seems like this was an old order or something. The fries were not crispy and were soaked in grease.

My Big Mac was made correctly and tasted good, could have been better if it would have still been hot. My large fry was a little over half full but they were cold and tasted old and rubbery. I requested the max amount of 5 ketchup packets but only received 1. Ordered 2 apple pies. But got one apple with a sale by time of 9pm and I ordered after 9. And I got one pumpkin and cream pie. It looks okay but I haven't tried it yet. I don't really like pumpkin pie but nobody cares what I like and there's nothing I can do about it. And I got the frozen blue Fanta to drink which is good but super melted for my order not taking that long for me to get. Y'all really could have done better.

The burger itself had way too much Mac sauce on it so it was really messy The consistency of the bun was very spongy and the fries were cold
