Tavern Patty Melt is really good. A thick hamburger patty (I ordered mine well done) topped by grilled onions and Swiss cheesse on toasted marble rye bread. I'm not sure what the special sauce is on this sandwich, but it's zippier than the usual 1000 Island dressing.
The only thing I might change about this sandwich is cutting it in two, because it is large.
French fries are thin and crispy and come with ketchup for dipping.

The Portland Dip is the perfect sandwich if you love french dips but are avoiding red meat. Even though it's made of turkey, the au jus and grilled mushrooms add even umame flavor thatyou could close your eyes and swear it's roast beef. Only with less fat and cholesterol. Win win!
French fries were much superior than I've come to expect from delivery fries. They are the long, thin, "shoestring" style which cook through more quickly than regular fries, so they're extra crispy. Arrived hot and with a generous cup of ketchup for dipping.
The Wee Rabbit Salad, despite its name, was a fairly generous size for aside salad. Mixed greens, cherry tomatos, cucumbers, croutons and shredded Parmesan with your choice of dressing made a very tasty combination.

Whole Dilly Tuna Salad Sandwich had a great taste,Mom loved it. Fies are great,salted perfectly, just a hint,nice sauce to go with them. And Scooby Snacks are my favorite. Thank you for a great lunch,and thank you DoorDash.

I really appreciate and love this restaurant. I used to pass this restaurant on my way home on the bus from Keizer. I thought it was so very reminiscent of the restaurants I loved in California. Unfortunately, I didn't get the chance to go in,but thanks to DoorDash I have been able to try the food. Excellent in every way. Great flavor, portions, freshness, everything,just like I remember the really good restaurants from California that everyone talked about and everyone enjoyed. Thank you so much, especially for making my mom happy and for the great food. My go to restaurant always. 🙂
