We process and smoke all of our meats on-site. We use high quality products in order to offer the best to our customers.
Good food. The hamburger is a bit dry and flavorless but almost everything else I've had is far beyond most places I've been. Chili was a bit weak on the flavor side but the Mac salad is the best I've had (I grew up eating dozens of home made). Reuben and cheese steak were superb.

Everything we had was so good. The serving sizes are huge. The Reuben could easily feed 2 people. Same with the The Original Burrito. The Elk Burger was cooked to perfection.
