Yesterday I ordered coffee brew frozen with a few toppings on the side. When my ordered was deliver all I got was the toppings, no yogurt. Before my order was delivered they had deducted the price of the yogurt. For the toppings I was charged over ten dollars. I had to pay the taxes and service charges. What the heck was I suppose to do with the toppings? Menchis didbt have the decency to call me up asking me how I would like to handle. Very disappointed.
