The staff is very sweet, and the donuts are just awesome. not like anything else you have tried. the funnel cake ones are my favorite 😍

I don't know what happened, but these donuts are not as good as they used to be. They were bready, oily, and tasted 2 days old. The boba was also pretty mediocre, and they barely put any boba in your drink unless you pay for more. For the amount of money that I paid, I expected so much more. The only redeemimg drinks are the fruity ones with popping boba.

The Chizu Strawberry Green Tea isnt sweet at all and they dont allow you to add sweeteners because they say its already sweet, also I added crushed Oreos to my Chizu Matcha Latte and there wasnt any but the cups are very aesthetically pleasing.
