So good!! I'm addicted to these Moonbowls. The Steak Bowl and BBQ Chicken Bowl are so good!

This was so good. I ordered with minutes left before closing and still got a very tasty and fresh bowl. Loved the sweet potato noodles, and the barbecue chicken was so well glazed that I didnt even use my sauce.

The food was good and reasonably priced, but there were some issues. I ordered meals on behalf of my 11 person team for lunch yesterday. There are a few things that Moonbowls could work on:
1. Labeling the meals: We were able to figure out what each meal was, but this would have been helpful for ease of distribution.
2. Checking orders for missing ingredients before sending them out: We ordered 3 orders of the Avocado Bulgogi bowl, but none of them had avocado and this was not indicated at all in the ordering process. Another person was missing their roasted sweet potatoes in their Chili Crunch Chicken.
3. Order accuracy: One team member checked the boxes to get sesame seeds or green onions on their BBQ Chicken Bowl and received both. This is an issue, especially with regards to allergies.
I requested help from Doordash and will be receiving a refund for a small portion of the order.

The BBQ Chicken Salad was so good, lots of toppings, I will definitely order it again. The Chili Crunch Cucumbers were also delicious, my son had a fun surprise when he said "I like hot food" and ate one 😅
