Vegetable Udon- amazing!! California Roll- so crisp and fresh!! Always good, sometimes mind-blowing! Today: very good. Raw Salmon Roll- Oh. So. Good. Every single time!! It is immeasurably better than any other place I have been. Fried Noodle- kinda dried out. Tasted like they had been sitting around a little longer than usual. This happens every few orders- when I order it as a side. However, a decent amount of times they show sooo delicious. And they have always been excellent when my girl child orders them with her hibachi meal! Chicken Fried Rice- not so good. Rice tastes mushy, I have to dig for chicken (maybe it is supposed to be a scavenger hunt?). Definitely lacking in vegetables that I often see in fried rice dishes at other restaurants selling the same item. There were maybe five limpy (maybe depressed?) broccoli florets, and the occasional uneasily identified...food product. I *think* they are onions that have given up on life. No crunch. Barely any taste. But it is nice to have to "mix things up" a little bit, this crazy Monday night. To summarize: Chicken Fried Rice- mushy rice, well-hidden chicken, a small clan of depressed broccoli (also hidden for your enjoyment), and the saddest onions you could ever meet. I am 100% sure they cry for you when they are being cut. Fried Noodles- seemed to be extra fried for those who like to party- and have low expectations. Not for food, just in general. They have a lot of potential, though, guys! Ive had them on their best days and it was amazing!! Just cross your fingers when you order and you should be fine. California Roll- a tried and true safe bet. This place goes the extra mile to make it extra enjoyable, though. Thank you, Ninjas! Raw Salmon Roll- MIND. BLOWING. If you like lightly flavored sushi that tastes as fresh as if they have a tank of organically fed salmon in their basement. Vegetable Udon- this is what it's all about. This is the main reason I order from her. The level of soy and whatever else they put in isn't consistent, but it's good on those days and THE BEST EVER when they find the recipe card and NAIL IT. This has been very long, you probably didnt read it all, and if you did, it probably wasn't worth your time. But- maybe you will try something new? Bottom line- I LOVE this place and you will, too. This place is overwhelmingly delicious, amazing, and generally consistent with the quality of their menu jtems . That's why I still gave them 5 stars. The items with thumbs up were so good they still made the meal amazing. So eat here. And no, they did not pay me. But I would be open to discussion... :)

***** Five stars! Huge shout out to this amazing restaurant! I ordered the egg rolls, hibachi steak with fried rice, and an order of fried noodles. Let me say thank you, sweet baby Jesus, that was delicious! Great portions and beautiful mouth watering flavor. I don't know if the salad and soup go with it normally or if I got a little freebie, but geezers, that was so nice, and I tried something I wouldn't have and absolutely loved it! That soup is it! (think it was the basic soup) *pictures taken after I ate a bunch of it. Then, I decided to rate the store it was so good.

The Volcano Roll was cooked to absolute perfection and the salmon was so tender and delicious. Even the Miso Soup was super delicious! 10/10 always the best experience!
