I ordered the 1. Spicy Beef Noodles, 104. Pork House Bao (2), 109. Steamed Pork & Chive Dumplings (10) and they were so tasty! The spicy Beef Noodles had a good amount of beef sliced and were very tender. Broth is not that spicy but it does have a kick! The pork bao ARE SO DELICIOUS. I tried them at Raki Tamen and they arent really good. But here these are my fav. They have a big amout of pork with some peanuts and chives and they are such a good combination!! The pork and chives boiled dumplings were really tasty too. They had generous amont of meat. Overall I prefer this NIC than Rakki Ramen. :)

Noodles are cooked to perfection. The beef and pork broth is rich in flavor with so many layers. The soup dumplings and steamed dumplings are executed perfectly. This restaurant really know their stuff. Cooked thoroughly, it's perfect. I recommend for everyone to try at least 10 times. Thanks you so much!!!

Overall very good! The 111. Sichuan Style Pork Dumplings (10) were our favorite out of everything. The bao buns were also very good. I didn't like the soup dumplings but my girlfriend did. We definitely want to eat here again!

So the pork house boa was delicious, the pork was tender and melted in my mouth like butter. The main thing that I wish was specified was the flavoring: it is a peanut sauce of some sort. Tasted good but had I known I probably wouldn't go for it but I'm happy to have tried it :)
I also ordered the hot sesame noodle, it was yummy but I was slightly disappointed that it wasn't spicy :( also the amount of pork and veggies in it was slim I basically got full off only noodles. I enjoyed it but next time I'll try I'm something else
