I really want to continue to support this restaurant, since it's the only O'Charley's left in town, and they recently had a car drive into the restaurant. However, their quality is consistent in its inconsistency. This time, every element of my meal was worse than expected. My salmon was overcooked, burnt on the edges. My baked potato was also overcooked, such that it was extremely difficult to even open up to eat; the interior was okay except for the first millimeter or two under the skin, and the skin itself was inedible. Spouse's baked potato was similarly overcooked. The tomatoes in my salad were pale and sickly. And the portion of my grilled asparagus, a premium side I paid extra for, was substantially smaller than usual; I've normally received five or six spears, but tonight's order contained only three spears. All in all, disappointing and not worthy of what I paid for the meal.

Not as good as it used to be, the ribs were over done, the Southern Pecan Chicken Tender Salad had a small ammount of lettuce And the O'Charley's Famous Chicken Tenders & Fries was only 4 tenders one of which was like a half tender. I was disappointed because this has always been a place to get consistent food for a good price.

this restaurant is typically very good and we are usually happy with our food, but tonight I got the Loaded Potato Soup and the portion seems so small for the 7.50 I paid for it. I also got a side of mashed potatoes and the container was only about half way filled, also seemed small for costing almost 6.00.
