When we order lunch from here, they're consistently good. We placed an order for dinner and the food wasn't up to their usual standard. They missed a few items too

Ordered a meal with FRIES and got chicken balls instead. There was literal bones in the chicken balls. Also the bread was like mushy and it got to a point where it went from a burger to a salad with bread.
Oporto is usually good, this one sucked

Worst aporto chicken I had. Not at all fresh , as a Regular customer of aporto (not this store) could feel the difference. Had to throw in bin. Thanks for the worst chicken

food was horrible and sauces were missing that I paid extra for. chips were so overcooked and the chicken was missing part of the leg and also overcooked
