the meat in the Philly Cheese Steak Wrap was fatty. The Falafel (5 pieces) was burnt and didn't come with any sauces, the Chicken Shawarma OzBox was a huge waste of money. They limit the toppings available to 3, there was very little meat, and the fries tasted old. Super disappointed. don't waste your money.

didn't take any care in putting my order together. asked for extra sauce on the side and instead my meal was drowning in it. didn't get my additional garnishes. was just a gross mess.

it was the most underwhelming food I had from osmows. I should know as I am a regular customer there. the fries were not cooked, the chicken lacked flavour and overall an extremely bad experience. osmows usually delivers great food but this time it was extremely lackluster.
