Otto in Portsmouth is fantastic but this Dover location is terrible. Pizza is always too thin, overdone, super skimpy on the toppings. At first I thought it was because the place was brand new, but after trying 3 different times it's always the same. This place is a total ripoff for how expensive it is.

Really enjoyed the pizza, salad looked delicious but came with the wrong dressing, but the pizza made up for the missing the small details. Would highly recommend just have backup dressing on hand ;-)
