9\22\23 My friend and I went to the Outback in Willow Grove today. I had the Steak and Shrimp combo. My entire meal was delicious. The steak was cooked to perfection and the shrimp were just right. My server Gianna was very warm and friendly. The manager, Eric, was awesome. Will definitely be going back.

I will not be ordering from this location no more. I ordered the Melbourne Porterhouse* 22 oz. an 2 sides a sweet potato and House Side Salad I also ordered a side mashed potato and broccoli. the sweet potato was sent with nothing but a side of butter the broccoli was super hard was barely cooked the mash potatoes was in a small container half filled I was totally disappointed

I paid a great deal of money to have the baby back ribs dinner delivered to me. It was one of the worse cooked dinnersI have had. The ribs did not fall off the bone - the clinged to the bone as if they were determined to never leave it. The ribs were tough, poorly seasoned and half done. You've changed - you use to have delicious food but this was one of the worse. You need to get some cooks from Longhorne steakhouse to show you how to cook tender fall off the bone baby back ribs. Also the sweet potatoes were half string and half potato - I will never waste my money with one of your dinners again - this was a big disappointment and money is hard to come by and when you finally say that you are going to splurge and get this dinner you do not expect the mess that you served up.
