The chipotle chicken melt is SO GOOD! The chicken was juicy and cooked to perfection! The chipotle sauce paired with the peppers and avacado is a match made in heaven! It's not spicy and its oh so tasty!! The Cinnamon Crunch Bagel is also heavenly! The flavor is just delicious, I paired it with the honey pecan cream cheese and *chefs kiss* perfection!

The sandwich was just not good! There was hardly any turkey on it at all and there was the smallest amount of mustard, I couldnt even tell it was there. The sandwich was mainly tomato and bread. Havent eaten here in years and Im disappointed at the quality.

I usually like this store, but today Panera couldn't be bothered to seal my food bag or fill up the cup of almost $5 hot chocolate more than halfway or add the whipped cream and caramel drizzle that supposed to come with it. They also forgot to send one of the items I paid for. The cocoa was in a TINY cup to begin with, and it wasn't sealed whatsoever either. Not even a sticker over the coffee lid hole.

The ten vegetable soup was inedible. My husband ordered chicken salad. There was a tablespoon (if that) on his sandwich. My salad was ok, but $38.43 later, my husband, a chef by trade, ended up making himself a HOT DOG. This is by far the worst experience we've had with Panera, and will not be ordering from them, ever again.

Left cucumbers off of both bowls. Only wanted one with no cucumbers but it's not a big deal. The grain bowls are really good but we only had about 3-4 thin slices of chicken in the bowls and they are pretty much $13 each. Not worth it for the portion of chicken.
