5 stars for Panera. First order I placed was "stolen" by the Dasher, according to the DoorDash rep who, after I had received a text containing a picture of my order in the bag with receipt attached, called to tell me my order had been cancelled and they thought the first Dasher stole it. (??) I then reordered. Panera was wonderful, though...someone there put a sweet note in my bag to explain that they were out of the pastry item I ordered and, since they couldn't communicate with the second Dasher due to a language barrier, had replaced it with two other choices. Very sweet and thoughtful. Panera has always been a favorite. Great, fresh salad, well made with quality ingredients, at a much more reasonable price than lots of other local choices. Have never gone wrong with Panera.

Very disappointed hardly no chicken on the flatbread tomatoes were not even ripe and the bread that came with soup was not a french baguette was soft and not crusty like it used to be. Total waste of 32.00

A little disappointed seeing as to how Panera is one of my favorite chain bakeries to go to in a cinch. The Steel Cut Oatmeal with Strawberries & Pecans was so bland and taste like mushy cardboard and my NEW Croissant Bacon, Egg & Cheese Sandwich was as dry as the Sahara Desert.

This was 2nd time I ordered from here & both times very disappointed. Both of new toasted sandwiches Pepperoni & buffalo chicken were terrible they had 1 price of meat on both they were all bread & for the price we pay that's awful! The chipotle chicken was soggy. Unacceptable..
