Everytime I order a half salad I get a large chunk of Pale yellow lettuce and its often brown on edges. I pay a good price I should not get old stale lettuce in my salad. Salads and sandwich did have a good flavor except for-the less than fresh lettuce.

I had ordered a Mocha latte- which arrived only 2/3 full, no whipped cream, and had a yellow oily film on top. Smelled and tasted awful! Had to throw it out. Paid almost $8 for it! Their sandwiches, 1 was incorrect, received ciabatta instead of croissant, are so small and the price keeps getting higher. Panera is no longer worth the $

Soup was delicious but I ordered a bowl and received just a cup. Small cup for 10.99 seems too high - make sure you understand the sizing before you order.
