What happened to the crust? This one is terrible flat crusty no flavor. I always liked Papa Johns because their crust was better than all the other chains. Might as well get Pizza Hut now.

I don't remember if the pizza was always like this because I hadn't had it in a while, but it was not good to me. The flavors were bland, there was top much sauce, the dough felt like it wasn't completely done. Maybe that was why I hadn't had it in a long time, maybe it was a bad day. I'm not interested in researching further though.

Order a large Create Your Own Pizza , requesting: light cheese, extra sauce, cupping pepperoni, and WELL DONE BAKE— the pizza had so much cheese on it that it was sliding off, the sauce was practically non-existent, probably 10 pepperonis on the whole thing, and it was so Under baked that it was basically impossible to eat. I will NEVER order from here again.

The papa bites were completely burned. The pizza was fine except it wasnt cut and they forgot my red pepper flakes that I was charged for. Dasher was fast and friendly.
