Chopped Salad with fried crawfish is my favorite salad there. House salad is also great with vinagrette. Anyway, one way to improve this salad is to list all ingredients an extras like "extra egg" or "extra dressing."

Whoever fixed my Pappadeaux House Salad thank you! It was neat, extras packaged and closed tightly. There does need to be more options for sides like: add rice, add egg, add tomatoes, etc. We might beat another scoop of rice for our gumbo and door dash is limited on what you can request.
