The best word I can use is reliable. Hot food and a cold drink from an IHOP ghost kitchen hits the spot every time and any time. This place is open late with their above-average Cheesesteak (I've had MUCH worse). No complaints, this brand does what it promises.

This Chipotle Cheesesteak has no hint of chipotle in it and it was a mess inside, just two loaves of bread and the meat on the side ... the fries were literally a handful
