mango & cream slush was delicious and the matcha coffee is the perfect sweetness. It's definitely great quality too! The tapioca was the perfect consistency.

There was a ton of ice in Crème Brûlée & Cream, wants sweet either with standard sugar level. Mangoes & Cream does not look like the picture at all. The mango drink is all liquid like tea consistency compared to the photo where it looks so much thicker. However, it tasted good unlike Crème Brûlée & Cream.

Pearl's Tea is awesome, but today's delivery of 2 Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea, which I have had several times from this location, was quite awful. The boba was hard and the milk tea tasted bitter with a hint of sourness. Thinking that some of the ingredients may have been spoiled, we did not drink them. I was very disappointed. :( I am hoping this was just a one time bad experience, because Pearl's Tea has always been great in the past.
