The Pecos Platter with 3 meats was delicious! The meats were cooked perfectly and tasted great. I must say that the Mac and cheese was the only thing that was disappointing.

Everything I got was delicious. The reason I'm leaving 4 star, is that they promote the potato Best BACON Potato Salad with having a lot of bacon. I had 6/7 tiny bits on the top. Wasn't happy with that.

I almost never leave reviews, however this place deserved one. All of the food is AMAZING!!! Best brisket and pork I've ever tasted along with some mind blowing sides to compliment the main proteins. I will be back to this place every time I visit Seattle now. Big ups!
