These are my two LARGE coffees. They are both half filled? If I had picked up myself I wouldve asked them to remake these correctly. I paid $8.50 for these drinks, ridiculous.

This particular Peet's is always a disappointment with their Iced Havana Cappuccino or Havana Cappuccino period. I always order mine with extra condensed milk but they always fall short and give me a bitter version instead. Plus they use dry foam on an Iced Havana Cappuccino. Like why would you do that?

The Iced Havana Cappuccino wasn't too bad today but still on the bitter side without any sweetness to balance it out. YOU FORGOT MY STRAW!!! Again. Then I took like 2 sips and it was gone. Half of it was ice and the other half was a "dry foam" into an iced drink? Make it makes as the foam evaporated when it got to me and half of my drink was empty. Just ice and 2 sips of the Iced Havana Cappuccino and it was gone. I don't know why this particular Peet's doesn't know how to make an Iced Havana Cappuccino correctly. The other ones have no troubles getting it right every time.

Getting better guys with the Iced Havana Cappuccino!!! However, I would say that when someone orders EXTRA condensed milk make sure they get what they ordered and there is a balanced between the sweetness and the flavor of the coffee itself. It's an improvement but still not 5 stars worthy.
