I love Penn Station!! Every sub I've had was good!! My favorite is the Grilled Club! The only thing I didn't like was the Cheesebread it's not like the picture. It was a sub with dollops of marinara and a log of cheese in the middle. Still a 5 star sandwich shop though!!

Placed a large order for my branch and one of the subs was missing, they were extremely friendly and made me another one on the spot for free with a complimentary fry and drink. This place always has great food and customer service.

Bread was hard,, I ordered extra Salami for an additional Cost and there was a total of 6 slices??? Hardly any lettuce and banana peppers... too much Rose overpowered the sand ... all a Yuck. I ended up throwing it away... waste of $9.44 for a tiny sandwich.

I can't begin to understand why people like this place. Paid $17 for a regular sub. No meat on it veggies where not fresh and sun was tiny. Will never eat here again.
