The Cheesesteak is always great!! Toasted crispy outside with tender and delicious steak on the inside. The Fresh-Cut Fries were plentiful, and fresh too.
Had to let my Chocolate Chunk Cookie sit after my order arrived. The hot food makes them too gooey to eat when they first arrive.

I love Penn Station, and this is the 1st time I have ever had this happen. I ordered onions as usual and they came on my sandwich raw. Completely raw. The fries were EXTREMELY under cooked. (I had to put them into the air fryer for 7 mins until cooked). It's disappointing that I spent $35 for lunch and it was raw and under cooked.

The regular size is really a small. Cheesesteak was cold and moist in the middle -the cold part was the only spot that was "juicy"/watery- in a way that suggested the whole sandwich had been previously frozen, then microwaved.

Fries were super cold, drinks tasted terrible like they were either diet when they weren't supposed to be, or super watered down. My dasher told me the fries sat out and were cold. She asked the workers twice to replace my fries and they said no both times. My sandwich was hot so I guess that's good.

i don't know why i keep setting myself up for disappointment. i order the same thing all the time; the sandwich is rarely as ordered. the fries are often overdone. it makes me sad
