We are really disappointed with our order. We really like Penn Station. We were disappointed with our sandwiches. The Rueben had chunks of meat and the meat had a lot of gristle on it. It was not sliced thin and hardly any dressing on the sandwiches.

First, the bread was undercooked, the mushrooms were to large, and I ordered extra steak - barely any found.
The cookie was large but gooey.

I UNDERSTAND THERE ARE "OPTIONS," such as, "lite red onions," "extra cold banana peppers," or "extra oil and vinegar" when placing your order for ann Italian.... BUT CLEARLY, THAT IS ABSOLUTELY NOT WHAT THEY MEAN. Because IF you DO pick ANY OF SAID "OPTIONS," what you'll receive is a few red onions, extra banana peppers on bread, DROWNING IN OIL & VINEGAR... BUT NO MEAT. NO CHEESE. They did toss on some lettuce and mayonnaise for kicks. and BET THEY A R E GONNA CHARGE YOU $13 FOR THIS SLOP.
