Phuket Thai is known for their award-winning Thai cuisine. Serving some of the best curry and noodle dishes in all of Hawaii.
Generous portions. Noodles taste exactly how you want them too, very delicious. Spring rolls look different than the picture but are very delicious. Will definitely order again.

DELICIOUS! Vegan friendly, 10/10. Ordered Thai Fried Noodles with veggies and added tofu. Great portion size, flavor and spice level. Large Thai Iced Tea with coconut milk paired well.

The spring rolls are so yummy because they wrap them with rice paper and so they have a great crunch and lot of filling. The Panang or Peanut Curry is heavenly with just enough spice and lots of meat (we chose chicken).

I've eaten Thai food since the late 70's. I've eaten at Phuket for decades. Phuket CAN be the best Thai food in town but it needs to more consistent. Today it was great but too hot for Thai mild. I ordered over $100 worth so that's too bad. In the past some cooks used too much fish sauce. For a while in the past the Ginger Vegetables kept having garlic instead of ginger.
Some suggestions from a noted home cook who loves Thai food:
1) Thai peppers are just too hot for non Thais. Use Jalapeños. No really.
2) Poke a lot of holes in the container for the Crispy Noodles. They always arrive wilted. The hot air needs to escape. Maybe a taller container too?
3) Bring back the wide noodles from a long time ago. They had basil leaves, whole hot peppers, tofu and a tangy tamarind? sauce. I don't think it's the same one as now. That was awesome.
4) Please use recipes. Too much inconsistency for too long.
I would buy about 12 times more food a year at Phuket if things improved.

Maybe the best pad Thai ive found on island so far, especially for the price. Big portion, great flavor & spice. Will definitely order from this store again.
