The Avocado Piada with chicken was awesome again. The Garlic Dough was like a hot, fresh cheese quesadilla with hella garlic oil on it. Almost way too much garlic. Will order it again though and get the lobster bisque next time. The lobster bisque was good the other time I ordered

I just paid $12.58 for a chef's Piada with hot chicken and $2.49 for garlic dough. What I got was a wrap with nothing but chunks of lettuce covered in spicy ranch, and only one piece of a cheesy tortilla when you used to get 2 for the same price. Hey, I'm all about dieting but I'm not going to pay $13 for meat and not get it. I hate this place, it has gone way, WAAAAY downhill from when it first opened. Y'all must have got bought by private equity or something, this is awful. I don't want a refund, I want you to change. When Piada chains first opened, there was tremendous value for your money. They had ACTUAL culinary professionals staffed. Kinda like Olive garden in the early 2000's. Now it's nothing like what it was, just like Olive Garden. Just a brand and reputation that some a-hole bought and trashed for a quick buck.

For a darn near $20 BLT Piada, youd think there would be more than 98% lettuce. Barely any grilled steak. Is this another Chipotle?

The Carbonara Pasta with calamari is absolutely incredible. The crispy fried peppers are an excellent touch and I don't know how they make the calamari so tender. Also, the Blackberry Hibiscus Lemonade is perfectly balanced. 10/10 across the board!

The Pepperoni Piada Stick was flat and tasted okay, but lacked the flavor I was hoping for. The Carbonara Pasta was watery and the Alfredo sauce overpowered the whole dish. I couldn't even finish it.
