I've been a long time patron of Piece (15+ years). They had the best pizza and a great brew list. However, the quality has been inconsistent on our recent orders. Tonight the pizza was overcooked to the point of almost inedible. Nearly cracked a tooth on the crust. It also lacked cheese and was mostly sauce and some burn toppings. The Piece Green Salad was absolutely delicious as always.

Pizza dough was so tough - It didn't seem overcooked, but it was really hard. Maybe overworked dough or something. Not a fan. Caesar didn't come with enough dressing for the amount of lettuce given.
