The pizza was semi warm and crust hard and top of pizza slightly burnt.

Ordered the 12-inch medium pizza. The crust was fresh and chewy however the pizza sauce tasted as if it came out of a can with a use by date of 1975. The sauce definitely needs an Italian touch.
