the melt was extremely greasy but the wings need to be a bit more crispy and the sauce was very runny like water and wing didn't get covered with sauce

Ordered 3 individual boxes. The Half Melt & Sides were burned pretty badly. it would probably have been okay if they hadn't forgotten the dipping sauce for both meals. It was very dry, really needed the dipping sauce.
