I love thin crust. Like the thin crust Pizza Hut had back in the 60's and 70's. Lately in the past few years the thin crust has not tasted the same. It been tougher to chew. Not at all like the "cracker" crust of the old days. UNTIL today.... this is perfect! Keep it up. Frank & Dan would have been proud.
