Breadsticks were BLACK, zero seasoning, and completely overcooked to the point I couldn't even break them apart. When I tried to, it took significant force and literally snapped as if I were breaking a thick cracker in half.

Breadsticks-barely any seasoning, not cut. BBQ chicken pizza-barely any BBQ sauce, dry chicken, not cut. I stopped eating Pizza Hut a long time ago but thought I'd give it a chance since they are close by. Not doing that again.
