Usually any "healthy" places that sell smoothies or acai the food never tastes that great or portions are way too for the prices to be justified. However at Playa Bowl the foods tastes amazing. The acai bowls are a great portion and the toppings as well. The green smoothie didn't just taste like grass and wasn't overly sweet.

The Pink Power Pitaya Bowl with peanut butter and strawberries was the best thing I've ever eaten. I have craving something light but also something sweet and indulgent like frozen yogurt. I saw this place and I'm so glad I tried it.
I'm already ordering another one, obsessed! The granola is delicious!

Both our Strawberry Banana Smoothie and Aloha Smoothie were incredibly bland. Had good color, but the fruity flavors must've been in another room when they made them. The bowl is the only saving grace. Not worth the $40.
