the Hot Miso Soup was tasty and well seasoned; my Poke Burrito - Regular (2 Proteins) was ok, but lacked seasoning and the expected flavors that I had ordered, that could have been easily remedied if I had received the sauces I requested on the side - overall ok lunch but not for the price

We were very disappointed with our order. We had chicken on our Poke Bowl - Regular (2 Proteins), which was chewy and low quality. The toppings (edamame, corn, mandarins, pineapple) did not taste fresh and tasted as though they were from a can. The entire bowl tasted as though I could have made it at home and done a better job. Very disappointed, will not reorder

I've ordered from this place many times and never had a problem, but this was the first time that my bowl didn't have any flavor. I asked for heavy flavor! There must have been some lack of attention when preparing it.
