• DoorDash orderThe plantains were so delicious, and perfectly cooked. The Tropichop was quite good as well -- the Beyond Meat was well-seasoned and went well with the toppings. Great price for the quality. I would eat here again!

• DoorDash orderThis is the second time that I did not get the black beans on an all the way Tropichop. First time was the regular Tropichop and there was hardly any food in it and it was mostly corn. Today I ordered the Large Tropichop all the way. It had mostly corn and didn’t have the amount of food it should have. I won’t be ordering from this Pollo Tropical again. This restaurant used to be good but now it is not. I tried calling ahead several times to make sure they included the black beans but nobody answered the phone. After the order was delivered I called and they answered but didn’t make it right. The Forest Hill Pollo Tropical is much better. Also, Lake Worth Rd Pollo Tropical shows no charge for the sides of black beans and white rice and Ceasar salad on this review. They were $4.49 each. Go figure that.

• DoorDash orderDid not include the salsa at all. Gave hardly any beans whatsoever. The yuca was cold and disgusting, seemed like it was laying out for hours or days. The plantains were slimey and disgusting as well. Overall, food was horrible. I've been there before and this was by far the worst they have done.

• DoorDash reviewThe chicken was ok, like normally it is. But the 'French fries' I ordered as a side... I don't know what the heck that was. Floury cubes, cold, with a nasty taste to them. Yuck! $5 down the drain! Don't even bother to order them!
